I agree to pay the fee and in exchange receive a copy of my Georgia criminal history maintained by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and a 5 to 15 minute consultation with the law firm of Yates & Wheland (the Firm). In the consultation, the Firm will propose solutions available under Georgia law to restrict and seal information from my criminal history including but not limited to records restriction, mugshot removal, sealing of jail and clerk records, pardons, and retroactive application of Georgia's First Offender Act. I understand that the propsosed solutions are not included in the fee paid to obtain my criminal history and that a new engagement will be necessary if I wish to retain the Firm to pursue any of the proposed solutions.
